Maria Alm / Hochkönig Overview
Maria Alm is the typical picture-postcard Austrian village, and the views from the slopes are simply jaw-dropping. The resort forms part of the Hochkönig ski circuit which stretches over five mountains linking Maria Alm to Hintermoos, Hintertal, Dienten and Mühlbach. There is a great range of skiing with over 120km of tree-lined pistes. Groups will start their skiing week on the Aberg mountain with its range of intermediate and beginners slopes. The whole area is served by an efficient and modern lift network. The Hochkönig circuit is relatively unknown to the UK market and very much a hidden gem.
