Sestriere – Milky Way Overview
Sestriere lies in the middle of the extensive Milky Way ski area and is the oldest purpose-built alpine resort. Groups begin their week in Sestriere and can progress to ski one of the other mountains within the area, offering a great range for all abilities and an impressive 390 kilometres of skiing. The resort hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics and Paralympics and has also hosted several World Cup events. The Milky Way lift pass is included in your package.

Hotel Uappala

The Hotel Uappala is situated just 250m from the ski school meeting point and offers good facilities for school groups including a disco and theatre area. The food here is exceptional - our groups are treated to extensive buffet options for all three meals. The in-house ski hire makes it a winning combination!

Hotel Duchi d’Aosta

Select says: The bowling alley has 12 lanes, so there is plenty of room for all, and is located outside the local town. Please note that driving time may need to be taken into consideration.
Multi-Sports Centre

What you’ll experience: A fun multi-sports centre available for a range of different sports activities, including volleyball, basketball, football, etc. A good option, especially for athletic groups or those who enjoy a range of sports activities.

Pizza Night

Swimming

What you’ll experience: This aquatic centre in Sestriere includes both heated indoor and outdoor pools which are connected to one another. Both have a spectacultar view of the surrounding mountains. The indoor pool also includes a ceramic overflow gutter, a hydro-massage area and removable headwalls, underwater lights and an elevator for people with disabilities.
